Chinese Language Programs

1.USTB Application Form for International Students with a photograph fixed.

2.The final proof of academic qualification or a certificate of study , must be original documents or certified copies either in Chinese or English .

3. A copy of your language test result .

4. One photocopy of your valid passport (passport type must be ordinary).

Under-graduate Programs

2. Senior high school graduate diploma (students expecting to graduate should provide an official letter stating expected graduation date, and submit the graduate diploma if admitted) , must be original documents or certified copies either in Chinese or English.

3. Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present , including course taken and standard achieved , must be original documents or certified copies either in Chinese or English.
   

4. A copy of your language test result : HSK level above 3 or new HSK level above 4

5. One photocopy of your valid passport (passport type must be ordinary).

Master’s Degree and PH.D. Degree Programs

1. USTB Application Form for International Students with a photograph fixed

2. Graduation certificate and degree diploma (students expecting to graduate should provide an official letter stating expected graduation date, and submit the graduate diploma if admitted) , must be original documents or certified copies either in Chinese or English.

3. Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present , including course taken and standard achieved , must be original documents or certified copies either in Chinese or English.

4. A personal statement (800 words for master program , 1500 words for doctoral program ,must be in Chinese or English) .

5. Two recommendation letters from your referees. The referees should be professors. At least one of them should have knowledge of your recent academic work. The format of the recommendation letters must be original documents either in Chinese or English.

6. A copy of your language test result:

7. Chinese-taught program: HSK level 6 or above (new HSK level 5 , over 180 points);

8. English-taught program: IELTS 6 points or above, IBT 80 points or above.

9. One photocopy of your valid passport (passport type must be ordinary).

10. Table of contents and abstracts of your academic publications and any other original achievement in your field

11. Health certificate from a public hospital
